It usually only happens to my calves and i just twist that part of my legs and they pop. I can feel something popping but i dont kno whats going on….Any help? Btw, it really doesnt hurt, it feels normal i guess

Your Question What are the Little red circular dry patch of bumps on my skin? I got a small patch of little dry bumps on my right arm then with in 3 weeks it had spread to the inside of my arms,my stomache and the back of my legs. It itchs a little but not really and it doesnt hurt, but its all over. What is it?

First of all, I can’t do squats because they hurt my back. I don’t even want to do leg workouts but I have been told that it is necessary to encorporate legs into a weight lifting schedule. I want to bulk my upper body up, my legs are already very muscular from athletics. I just want a quick way to work my legs out on my off days.

I have a Venus razor (can’t remember which kind b/c I got it a long time ago). I’ve been shaving my legs and armpits for years now, but I never really know when I should change the razor blade. I think I may be using it too long before changing it. So how do you know when to change the razor blade?

I have been doing a lot of lunges lately but I have noticed that after I do them, my right leg is more sore than my left. I also have noticed that my right thigh is bigger than my left. How can I do lunges so that my left leg is worked more? I want my legs to be even.

I adjusting the zipper of my (already lined) business suit type skirt in the ladies room at the office. The top of my pantyhose had gotten caught in the zipper. A coworker noticed that I wasn’t wearing a slip under it and told me that it was “improper” for a woman not to wear a slip. All of the skirts I wear are already lined, are made of thick fabric or are really loose and billowy so its impossible to see any trace of my underwear. I’ve always found slips unnecessary, plus the feel of the fabrics they’re usually made of all over my legs REALLY creeps me out for some reason. She would be really shocked to find out that I hardly ever wear a bra! I’m a size zero and my breasts are almost non-existent. I wear a pair of those little silicone breast cover things and you can’t tell the difference. Plus, I’m a big fan of the cami under a sweater or button up look. The elastic in the cami is more than enough to support what I have! I got into the habit of not wearing one after having surgery to repair a bone defect in my chest. The incision was right on the line of where a bra band usually sits. The doctor told me not to wear one while I was healing because the band could dig into the stitches!

I get rashes on my waste right below my belly button from metal button on jeans. I get rashes on my thigh for having change in my pocket to long.
