I’m ethnic Filipino borned and raised in the UK, I got a German girlfriend and I’m planning on taking her to Manila for a visit. We looked it up and decided to stay at the Manila Peninsula. Now, I know how dangerous it is for everybody in the Philippines. I don’t mind snatchings and being robbed, I’m worried about kidnappings and corrupt cops. I’m not really concerned for myself as I can blend in the crowd easily with my dark skin (unless I start trying to speak Filipino). I’m concerned about my girlfriend, who happens to be caucasian, 25 years old, fiery blonde hair and a hot piece of ass. In other words, she would stick out like a sore thumb when mixed with Filipinos. My question is… how safe is it really in Makati? Does the area have better security since thay have all those classy hotels and malls there? Is it even safe walking on the sidewalk around 9-10pm? Just Makati, we’re not planning on visiting Malate, Binondo, Buendia or any of those tourist unfirendly spots.

    • It can be difficult for left-handed children to learn to write if the teacher does not take the student's left-handedness into account. When properly done, left-handed writing is a mirror image to that of the right-hander, making the teaching process confusing for the teacher (if right-handed) of a left-handed student. The result is that many left-handed people learn to write with their hand curled around the pen so that it can meet the paper at the same angle as the right hander, rather than simply tilt the paper the opposite way. Once this habit is formed, it is difficult to break. This curling of the hand results in the heel of the palm being placed behind the writing, forcing the writer to lift it off the paper and making the grip even more awkward. When the left hand is held correctly, it is below the writing, as is typical for right-handers. I have thhis problem and I'm 15 years old, how can I break this habit?

    • Well ever since I was born I have been allergic to metal. I cant wear metal watches, metal necklaces, or metal bracelets without breaking out into rashes. I get rashes on my waste right below my belly button from metal button on jeans. I get rashes on my thigh for having change in my pocket to long. I get rashes on my nipple or close to my nipple when Im wearing my name tag at work cause the clip is made from metal and when I was a baby I use to get little cirlce red rashes down the middle of my chest from those metal circle buttons on one piece baby suits.
